1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is made for any of our services, it is non-refundable, under all circumstances, including:

• Visa rejection by the embassy/consulate
• Delays or changes in embassy processing times
• Incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the client
• Voluntary cancellation of service by the client
• Any other reason not attributable to Schengen Visa Expert

We invest considerable time, effort, and resources into each application from the moment of onboarding, hence no refunds can be issued.

2. No Return Policy

As our services are consultation and processing-based, there are no physical goods involved. Therefore, no returns are applicable under any circumstances.
