1. No Cancellation Once Service is Initiated

• The service is considered initiated immediately upon client agreement and payment.
• Cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. No Partial Cancellations

We do not allow partial cancellations of services (e.g., cancelling after document submission or appointment scheduling). All services are delivered as a complete package.

3. Responsibility of the Client

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they wish to proceed with the visa process before making the payment. We encourage clients to discuss all terms and ask questions prior to confirming the service.
